REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Fund Management Services
NRPC Brownfields Program: Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund


The Northwest Regional Planning Commission is soliciting proposals from local financial institutions for fund management services of our Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund.  The RLF is funded by a $1 million Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant from 2010 and supplemental awards totaling $575,000.  The RLF provides loans and grants to fund the cleanup of Brownfield properties. It is intended that these loans and grants fill funding gaps needed for the successful cleanup and ultimate redevelopment of Brownfields. The goal of brownfields cleanup is to redevelop properties that have been abandoned or underused due to real or perceived contamination.


Fund management services include holding NRPC’s RLF account, loan servicing and underwriting assistance.  Proposals must be submitted by email at gbrunswick@nrpcvt.com by 4:00 p.m. on February 19, 2021 with subject “NRPC Brownfields Program - RLF. Proposals or amendments received after this deadline will not be considered.
