FRANKLIN FOOD ACCESS SURVEY

Franklin County residents: where do you get your food?

We are students at the University of Vermont, working with our Geography professor and staff members at Franklin County Grand Isle Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity and the Northwest Regional Planning Commission. We are running a survey on how residents of Franklin County access food.  We invite all Franklin County residents who are 18 or older to participate.

The survey is anonymous. We do not collect your name, address or email address. The survey takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. Information about the survey and who you can contact with questions is listed on the first page of the survey.   The on-line survey is here.

Paper surveys will be available at the CVOEO office in St Albans and at food shelf locations around the county.  The survey will be available from February 14 – March 3, 2020.

Thank you for your help with this important research!

**Note: Bakersfield was left off the list of cities/towns by mistake. If you live in Bakersfield, please note that on the last page of the survey where there is a place for additional information.
