Concept Planning & Wetlands Delineation for Alburgh Recreation Master Plan


The Town of Alburgh has received a Municipal Planning Grant from the Agency of Commerce and Community Development to develop a master plan for recreation opportunities in an underutilized portion of its industrial park (Industrial Park Road, Alburgh VT 05440). The goal of the project is to develop a conceptual master plan for recreation infrastructure that is compatible with the physical limitations of the land, and meets the recreation needs of Alburgh residents & visitors. The Town is seeking a consultant to conduct a wetlands delineation and develop a conceptual recreation master plan.


Proposals must be submitted by email to by 3:30 PM on April 16, 2021. Proposals or amendments received after this deadline will not be considered.

Invitation to Bid: Enosburgh Salt and Sand Shed Construction

LOCATION: The Town Highway Garage is located approximately 160-ft south of the intersection of VT Route 108 and Tyler Branch Road, north of the Tyler Branch of the Missisquoi River. The proposed salt & sand shed is located approximately 190’ West of VT 108.

TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: The Construction of a new salt and sand shed, and all related site work.

CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: The Contract shall be completed on or before September 17th, 2021.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Fund Management Services
NRPC Brownfields Program: Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund


The Northwest Regional Planning Commission is soliciting proposals from local financial institutions for fund management services of our Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund.  The RLF is funded by a $1 million Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant from 2010 and supplemental awards totaling $575,000.  The RLF provides loans and grants to fund the cleanup of Brownfield properties. It is intended that these loans and grants fill funding gaps needed for the successful cleanup and ultimate redevelopment of Brownfields. The goal of brownfields cleanup is to redevelop properties that have been abandoned or underused due to real or perceived contamination.


Fund management services include holding NRPC’s RLF account, loan servicing and underwriting assistance.  Proposals must be submitted by email at by 4:00 p.m. on February 19, 2021 with subject “NRPC Brownfields Program - RLF. Proposals or amendments received after this deadline will not be considered.
